Unfortunately, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Under the compelling circumstances, in order to provide one more opportunity the case was listed under the heading for dismissal.

The writ application was filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to make appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher in elementary schools against 2413 unfilled up vacancies out of 34540 posts. The matter was resolved by

Patna High Court CWJC No.17425 of 2014(2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 this Court and the Apex Court and thereafter the respondentCommission has invited objection in the matter of preparation of the select list for filling up 2413 posts and after inviting objection the Commission is proceeding ahead in the matter of finalizing the list.
