JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he did interpolation in the photocopy of his suspension order. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 4.6.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses against him. Petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. The photo copy of the document in question was brought by the peon. The said peon has already been granted bail by the court below. Petitioner is a Government employee. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33405 of 2016 (3) dt.22-09-2016 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case no. 338 of 2011.
