The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard the parties.

Following relief has been sought for in paragraph 1 (i) and (ii)of the present application on behalf of the petitioner: "1(i) For a direction to the respondents to pay the amount of unutilized earned leave of 32 (thirty two)

(ii) To any other reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to."

Considering the relief, sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to make/file fresh representation before respondent no. 6 within a period of eight weeks from today. The respondent no. 6 shall pass a final order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing/making of such representation. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
