Informant, apart from being engaged in day patrolling was also entrusted by the O/C to maintain law and order on account of land dispute arose at village, Enkhan where, after arrival they have seen a large number of persons engaged in forcibly grabbing the land belonging to Dhari Family which might have caused great law and order problem an on account thereof, the police personnel requested them to desist whereupon members of mob returned back and came at Chauraha and then, forbidden the traffic. When the police personnel intervened, the mob was provoked at the instance of the petitioner, Bhola Das and Tola Das as a result of which the members of the mob attacked. Police station was informed and after arrival of additional force, the law

Though the petitioner has got criminal antecedent as disclosed under para-3 of the petition but, considering the nature of the allegation as well as being under custody since 03.06.2018, petitioner, T. N. Azad @ Uma Shankar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-III, Danapur, Patna in Dulhin Bazar PS Case No. 134/2018.
