The petitioner has appeared in person. The amount of maintenance which is due of around 3 lakhs as has been submitted by the petitioner in person. Out of the 3 lakhs, he has paid Rs. 50,000/- to the opposite party no.2. The petitioner has a girl child also who staying with the mother. The petitioner is arguing as if the child is not his own and he is questioning the character of his wife in a very casual manner. This kind of petitioner doesn't deserve any sympathy or hearing from this Court, therefore, this application is dismissed.
