Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47A of the Excise Act. 50 liter country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case no. 42/2016 pending in the court of Sri Ranjit Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur, Patna stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
However, if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail
