The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 468/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 456, 457 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. He is in custody since 18.06.2018. He has clean antecedent. It is submitted that petitioner has been arrested in this case merely on suspicion and thereafter police recorded his confessional statement.
