The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Basopatti P.S. Case No.114 of 2019, registered under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, a Chowkidar, disclosed that the wife of the petitioner committed suicide by hanging herself only because the petitioner did not allow her to visit her parents' house.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. During the course of investigation, the witnesses disclosed that the wife closed the door from inside and committed suicide on account

It is further submitted that there is no instigation or abatement against the petitioner. The petitioner got two children and even the children did not speak out anything against the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts that the wife herself committed suicide on a petty dispute, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No.114 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
