Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.82 of 2018 registered for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though petitioner has got criminal antecedent as is evident from paragraph-3 of the petition in consonance with carrying an allegation to the effect of in possession of stolen motorcycle, considering the period of detention, petitioner, namely, Dhiraj Kumar Ram @ Dhiraj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-V, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52699 of 2018 (2) dt.04-09-2018 2/2 P.S. case No. 82 of 2018 with a condition that once in a month petitioner will put his presence before Maharajganj Police Station till pendency of instant case and will submit a certificate granted by the police station before the learned lower court. In case of failure at the end of petitioner will automatically deprive him from enjoying to usurp of privilege. Furthermore, learned lower court is directed to transmit a copy of the order to the Maharajganj Police Station for proper compliance.
