2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 342, 504, 379 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is of assault on the head of the informant by means of iron rod. Doctor has found the injury caused by this petitioner to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the simple nature of injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
