The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2018 in connection with Ramnagar Police Station Case No. 64 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in custody since 29.6.2018 in a case registered against unknown. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious or from constructive possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused Mukesh Patel.

No.54858 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Mukesh Patel and petitioner is in custody since 29.6.2018, let, the petitioner named above to be released after 21.10.2018 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned S.D.J.M., Bagha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar Police Station Case No. 64 of 2016.
