JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is custody in connection with Kanti (Panapur OP) P.S. case no. 143 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. She further submits that the occurrence took place on 25.03.2018 and the F.I.R. was lodged on 26.03.2018, whereas the F.I.R. reached the Court on 31.03.2018 after five days of the lodging of the F.I.R. She further submits that inordinate delay in reaching the F.I.R. to the Court concerned creates doubt about the prosecution version. The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2018.
