JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of informant is languishing in custody since 10.03.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 504, 506 of the IPC and under Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner admits the marriage with informant and he is ready to keep the informant and her children with full dignity and honour. Moreover, investigation against the petitioner has already been concluded.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
