The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nathnagar (Lalmatia) PS Case No. 73 of 2018 for the offence under Section 401, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was one of the members of the assembly in the house of Md. Sikandar for committing offence. Counsel further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 05.02.2018.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
