Case No. 224 of 2014 whereby the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
