JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard Mr. Rajendra Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr. Indiwar Kumari, learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 379/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 7 & 66(C) of the I.T. Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he in collusion with other accused persons had misappropriated the articles worth Rs.60,00,000/-.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.4.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of

The other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No.38845 of 2016. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. cse No.246 of 2016 (G.R. No.1708 of 2016).
