JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 457, 380 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 2.7.2018.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner along with other accused person was running away after stealing Mobile phone and rupees 10,000/- cash from the house of the informant. It is further alleged that petitioner threw those articles in bush and the same could not be recovered.

It appears from the written report that there is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the

It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-8th, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jurawanpur P.S.
