JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate order or direction to quash the order dated 01.06.2021 (Annexure-4) passed in Aganbari Case No. 344/2018 by the learned District Programme Officer, Gaya whereby and whereunder the learned Court cancelled the appointment of the petitioner from the post of Aganbari Sevika without asking any show cause or without providing any opportunity of being heard which is utter violation of principle of natural justice.

Further direction to

Patna High Court CWJC No.18504 of 2021(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 respondents to allow the petitioner to join on the post of Aganbari Sevika on the ground that she was perform her duty from 05.12.2017 without any complain, without any bad remarks and without hearing the parties termination order has been passed.

And/or pass such any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
