2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No.378 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned A.D.J.- II cum Special Court-I Excise, Saran at Chapra.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail,
