The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Lalganj P. S. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30101 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 Be that as it may, regard being had to the specific allegation made by the victim herself in the FIR that it was the petitioner who sprinkled kerosene oil on her body and coaccused Raju Thakur set her ablaze causing serious injuries, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected once again. In case, the case of the petitioner has not been committed to the court of session, the Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to commit the same forthwith.
