JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Goriyakothi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioner along with two others came at the land of the informant and made protest for ploughing the field. Thereafter, all the accused persons starting abusing. In that course, this petitioner caused injury through Farsa on the head of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are Pattidar and due to land dispute, the occurrence took place in which the petitioner also sustained injury and on the basis of written report of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34102 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 Goriyamothi P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016, under section 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the I.P.C. was instituted. Further submission is that while there allegation against the petitioner, who give Farsa blow on the head of the informant, but lacerated wound found on the person of the informant caused by hard blunt substance. The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Goriyakothi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016.
