Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018, Special (POCSO) Case No. 26 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366-A and 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to love affair. As a matter of fact, the victim girl namely Bibi Suhana @ Sabuna in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure-3) has not stated anything against this petitioner. Moreover, doctor examined the victim girl and found her age is 18 to 19 years old (Annexure-2). Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.06.2018.
