1. The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah to make payment of the outstanding amount of subsistence allowance for a period of seven months.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah to decide the case of the petitioner for grant of subsistence allowance for the aforesaid period of seven months, within a period of two weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pay the admitted outstanding amount within the same
