The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 337, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is allegation against the petitioners for assaulting the brother and father of the informant and when the persons assembled, they fled away.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 29.06.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. A general and omnibus

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32330 of 2016 (3) dt.22-09-2016 2/2 allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners. For political reason, they have been made accused in the present case. On behalf of the state it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Munger, in connection with Sangrampur (Tetiabammer) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016.
