The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 103 of 2018 / 495 of 2018 for the offence registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2018 and in the instant case the other co-accused namely Shiv Shankar Paswan and Deepak Kumar Jha have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Case No. 16440 of 2018 dated 02.04.2018 and Cr. Misc. Case No. 17571 of 2018 dated 29.03.2018.
