When the matter has been taken up, a show cause is being filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1 and 2 stating therein that in compliance of the order dated 20.03.2013 passed in CWJC No. 4454 of 2013, the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner was considered, but by a reasoned and speaking order dated 23.03.2015 (Annexure-A to the show cause), the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

In view of the averments made in the show cause and in view of the order contained in Annexure-A to the show cause, this Court is satisfied that no case of contempt is made out. Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed. However, the petitioner, if so advised, shall be at liberty to challenge the aforesaid order in an appropriate proceeding before appropriate Forum/Court.
