JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 365 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.3.2014 on the accusation that she was caught red handed while taking away newly born child. The impugned order goes to show that charge was framed on 8.8.2014 but till 25.2.2016, only two prosecution witnesses were examined.

Considering the stage of the trial as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
