Having regard to the fact that the petitioners are admittedly employees of Zila Parishad and their grievance that they worked in Panchayat Samiti for a period of 24 years, will not change the nature of appointment and, therefore, this Court does not find any error in the impugned order passed by the Departmental Secretary holding the petitioners to be the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6263 of 2014 (5) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 employees of Zila Parishad can also liable to repatriate to their original employer, namely, the Zila Parishad. This writ application accordingly fails and is hereby dismissed.
