The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for quashing the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.10939 of 2023(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 dated 22.06.2023 passed by the District Collector, Begusarai in Encroachment Appeal No- 11/ 2021 and Encroachment Appeal No- 15/ 2021 affirming the Final Order dated 23.03.2021 passed by the Anchal Adhikari, Matihani in Encroachment Case No- 05/2021 whereby and whereunder it was declared that the land in question to be made encroachment free and necessary action to be taken in this respect."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already availed the alternative remedy by filing a title suit before the learned Civil Court, DistrictBegusarai, hence the petitioners be granted liberty to prosecute the same. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
