JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-11-2016 At the outset, it is conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has been paid his post retirement benefits under the Heads Gratuity, Leave Enchashment, Group Insurance, General Provident Fund and arrears of Pension. However, it is contended that there appears to be some miscalculation in the computation made by the respondent authorities.

In view of the fact that the admitted dues of the petitioner has already been paid, this application is disposed of with

Patna High Court CWJC No.4363 of 2014 dt.17-11-2016 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievance relating to any error in calculation before the Respondent No. 6 within four weeks from today. In case, such a representation is filed, the Respondent No. 6 is directed to look into the matter and dispose of the same within a period of two months thereafter by a reasoned order.
