No doubt, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court but in my view, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Harnaut ( Telmar) P.S.Case No. 129 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Nalanda at Biharsharif/ concerned court stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail petition of the petitioner particularly, this aspect of the matter that
