2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 17.12.2015 has renewed his prayer for regular bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 239 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 20.05.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22062 of 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused persons namely Rajesh Yadav and Rabin Kumar @ Bhuto Yadav have been granted bail in B.A. No. 88 of 2016 and B.A. No. 141 of 2016 by the learned Court below.

4. Having regard to the period of custody as well as

No.28865 of 2016 (2) dt.10-08-2016 other co-accused having been granted bail, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Mansi P.S. Case No. 239 of 2015.
