The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 420, 504, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that accused Bablu Khan took Rs. 1,50,000/- to provide employment to the informant, but subsequently neither the employment nor the money was returned to the informant. On 19.03.2014, co-accused persons including the petitioners abused the assaulted the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19906 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 petitioners that specific accusation is against Bablu Khan, since the petitioners are relative and wife of Bablu Khan. Considering the thrust of accusation against Bablu Khan, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur (Mahila) P.S.
