JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ariyari P.S. Case No. 206/18, disclosing offences under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners and others is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant for the purpose of her marriage with their son Shashikant Kumar. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that they have falsely been implicated in this case and the real fact is that there was love affair between his son and the daughter of the informant and they have performed marriage and living together, which will appear from the statement of girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Having heard both sides, in view of he above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari P.S.
