Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 395, 396 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioners and others at betel shop and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioners.

Petitioners are in jail custody since long but up till now, they have not been put on test identification parade. .Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial
