2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special N.D.P.S. Case No. 211 of 2022 arising out of Nadi P.S. Case No. 341 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20, 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 363 Kg. of Ganja from the truck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. The petitioner is the driver of the truck. The petitioner is in jail since 07.09.2022.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
