ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 2.8.2014 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 22151 of 2014.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 2.8.2014 in which one of the conditions that he was to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks, but, due to some technical reason, the Petitioner could not surrender within time, and, hence, seeks extension of time to surrender before the Court below.

In view of such, the Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, within a period of four weeks from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21073 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 receipt of this order in compliance of the order dated 2.8.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 22151 of 2014.

The modification application stands allowed.

The Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- (Two hundred fifty) in the District Legal Aid Committee, Aurangabad.
