JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard Sr Ajit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. This is the second attempt for grant of bail. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 09.10.2015 vide Cr.Misc.No. 22757 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after rejection of earlier bail petition, trial has already commenced and out of 12 witnesses, four witnesses have been examined, who have not supported the prosecution version. It is categorically submitted that it is a case of acquittal. The petitioner is a lady, whereas the allegation against the petitioner is that in connivance with one another accused she got her husband killed. Since this is the second attempt for grant of bail, this court is not recording

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27290 of 2016 (3) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 anything on the merit of the case. Keeping in view the fact that the trial is already going on, there is no reason to review my earlier order.

The petition stands dismissed.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2014, while dismissing the petition, it is observed that the learned trial court may take appropriate steps, so that trial may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
