JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 366(A) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the prosecution case itself, F.I.R. named accused Awadhesh Baitha and three others forcibly took away the informant's minor daughter on 25.5.2016 and just after the alleged occurrence, the informant went to the house of the petitioner and found her present at her home. The petitioner happens to be mother of co-accused Awadhesh Baitha.

No doubt, victim is still traceless but considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IV, Gopalganj in connection with Vijaypur @ Bijaipur P.S.
