Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given permission to to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file representation before Respondent No.2, the Principal Secretary, Home (Police) Department, Bihar, Patna raising his grievance made in the present writ application.
Mr. Sanjay Parasmani, learned AC to GP-4 for the State has got no objection.
Accordingly, permission is granted to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to file a representation
Patna High Court CWJC No.3110 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 before Respondent No.2, the Principal Secretary, Home (Police) Department, Bihar, Patna within a period of two weeks and if such representation is filed, the same shall be disposed in accordance with law by a reasoned order by Respondent No.2 within a further period of two months from the date of filing of representation.
Needless to say, if any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a period of one month from the date of disposal of representation.
