The present Misc. petition has been filed with a prayer of speedy disposal of Eviction Suit No.107 of 2017, pending in the Court of Sub Judge, XII-cum-C.J.M., Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady of 70 years. She has filed Eviction suit against the respondents which is pending since 2017. Lastly, a prayer has been made for speedy disposal of that suit. In view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the learned trial Court, subject to the priority list of other cases as well as subject to any legal and procedural

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.432 of 2021(2) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 impediment beyond the control of the parties, shall take every endeavour to speedy trial of the present suit. With these observations and directions, this Civil Misc. petition is being disposed of.
