05.08.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 20.01.2011 and subsequently he was declared absconder on 02.01.2013. The impugned order goes to show that charge against petitioner was framed on 01.05.2008 and, therefore, the aforesaid fact goes to show that petitioner did his pairvi before the trial Court for near about three years but even then his trial could not be concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the Petitioner, above named be released

No.30593 of 2016 (2) dt.05-08-2016 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Ad hoc Additional District Judge, Siwan in connection with S.Tr.
