Having regard to the fact that subsequent to the filing of this writ application on 25.2.2014, the respondents have made payment of the group insurance, leave encashment and G.P.F. by cheques dated 16.10.2014 and 14.11.2014, this writ application definitely has now become infructuous specially when this Court
Patna High Court CWJC No.4357 of 2014 (2) dt.07-04-2015 would find that even the amount of 100% pension and 90% gratuity has already been sanctioned. Nonetheless, the petitioner's payment of pension and gratuity, which have already been sanctioned, if not already made, must be made to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforementioned observation and direction this application is disposed of.
