Petitioner is said to have been assaulted the informant causing head injury to her but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was land dispute between the parties and moreover, the informant sustained simple injury. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Medni Chowki P.S.Case No. 19 of 2016.
