Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of the impugned order passed by the Sessions Judge, Araria that except confessional statement of coaccused Asif Reza as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.1.2016 but it appears that the I.O. did not make arrangement for Test Identification Parade of the petitioner.
