The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he has given farsa blow which caused injuries to the father and mother of the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got a clean antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be
