1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 1187 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 10 of Bihar Examination Conduct Act.
3. As per allegation, co-accused Lal Kumar appeared in the examination of B.A. (Hons.) Part-II in place of the petitioner and he was caught red-handed.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The person, who is said to impersonate the petitioner, has been granted bail by the court below itself.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.53094 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 circumstances as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 1187 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
