Having regard to the fact that the husband of the petitioner namely, Dharmendra Prasad, is employed in Indian Army and has been subjected to proceeding under the Armed Forces Act, this writ application by the wife of the petitioner is not only misconceived and not maintainable but also any grievance relating to the service of the husband of the petitioner in the first

Patna High Court CWJC No.8462 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 instance has to be raised before the Armed Forces Tribunal.

That being so, this writ application must fail and is, accordingly, dismissed.
