JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-341, 342, 376, 323, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-4 of the POSCO Act.

There is specific allegation of gang rape against the petitioner and other FIR named accused but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant has brought this false case on account of filing of Mali P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016 in which, prosecution party, having forcibly entered into house of the petitioner, assaulted petitioner's mother and also made attempt to commit rape upon petitioner's sister.

I am not, at all convinced with the above-said
