2. None appears for the petitioner. State counsel accept notice for respondents.

3. Petitioner's counsel to serve copy of the petition to the State counsel.

4. In the present petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for.

(I) Making payment of the arrears of the amount arising out of second time bound promotion with effect from 26.05.1991 as the second time bound promotion was given to the petitioner with effect from 29.05.1991 but no

(II) Grant first and second ACP to the petitioner with due date and make payment arising out of the same as benefits of ACP has not been given to the petitioner during his service period.

(III) To fix pension of the petitioner after calculating the salary of the petitioner in view of the monetary benefits given to the petitioner in terms of second time bound promotion and first and second ACP and also on the basis of admissible salary on the date of his superannuation and for any other relief(s) for which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

5. Petitioner's relief is supported by Annexures- 2, 4 and 5. Concerned respondent has not taken any decision on the petitioner's representation.

6. Therefore, the concerned authority is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner stated in the representation in passing speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

7. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
